Initial Request:
I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. In order to assist you with this request I am outlining my query as specifically as possible.
I would like to have information regarding the following:
The number of incidents responded to by your fire department specifically related to electrical man hole covers between the dates January 2015 to present day.
Final Response:
Electrical manhole covers is not a recordable field on our Incident Recording System.
Please find attached an Excel spreadsheet containing data for incidents in which ‘manhole’, ‘man-hole’ or ‘man hole’ is mentioned in the narrative log of our Incident Recording System. All incidents involved electricity, cabling or were attended by UK Power Networks.
