Question 1 – I write to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request information from you regarding the statistics surrounding the number of fires caused by electric vehicle batteries, broken down by the specific type of vehicle & city/town this occurred in throughout the past fiscal year (2022/23) in the specific region this fire service is responsible for.
The specific information I am requesting is:
• The number of fires caused by electric vehicles broken down by each city/town your fire service is responsible for during the last fiscal year (2022/23)?
