Smoke alarms survey being carried out across Essex
Essex County Fire and Rescue Service is carrying out a survey to find out more about the use of smoke alarms in Essex.
The fire service want 100% of residential properties in Essex have a working smoke alarm. So to help them learn more about the homes who are still without one, they have asked an external company to carry out a two-week long survey.
Over the coming days, you may be contacted by this company on behalf of theService through one of several methods, including via telephone.
The survey is entirely confidential and will take no longer than a couple of minutes of your time – please do not be alarmed if the company claims to be representing us.
In order to make it as successful as possible, it would be greatly appreciated if you could take part.
The survey will help the fire service target the areas and demographics that use smoke alarms the least, along with the reasons why, to benefit us going forward in our target of 100%.
