Essex County Fire and Rescue Service (ECFRS) is asking Essex residents for their opinion on how they would like to hear out about the Fire Service. 

Currently, ECFRS communicates main messages through social media channels, which include Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube.

Face to face events, including open days and safety events, and campaign materials such as posters and leaflets also keep the public informed of latest news and events. 

ECFRS is asking which topics residents are most interested in hearing about and how they would like to recieve this information. 

The survey consists of six questions and should take no more than two minutes to complete.

Participants have until Sunday 16 September to complete the form and all answers will be anonymous.
