Firefighters and staff celebrate long service
We celebrated some of our dedicated firefighters and staff on Tuesday during a special ceremony in Chelmsford.
Firefighters and support staff members were invited to a special ceremony at The Lion Inn in Boreham on Tuesday 17 September where they were presented with Long Service and Good Conduct Medals by the Lord Lieutenant Mrs Jennifer Tolhurst.
They received their medals and certificates of recognition in front of Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner Roger Hirst, Chief Fire Officer/Chief Executive Jo Turton, their proud families, friends and colleagues.
