Salary:                                  £26,999 to £29,636 (Plus Market Supplement of 13.35% of Annual Salary per annum)

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Technical Fire Safety Team.

The Role will involve working within the Community inspecting a variety of buildings, providing advice to the responsible person and where necessary taking enforcement action.

As part of the role there will also be a requirement to assess the design of new or extended buildings against the Building Regulations to ensure the design is compliant and deliver Fire Safety Training to Operational crews if required. Full training will be given to the successful applicants who will be expected to attain a BTEC Level 4 Diploma in Fire Safety which may require attendance at residential courses.
