The Museum is open to the public on a selection of dates accross the year. Or first open day is around early spring and the last towrds the end of Autumn.

Guided tours are aimed at adults and older children and consist of a tour of the museum, led by our Collections Officer, Roger Pickett.
On display is a collection of fire appliances, including hand drop pumps, artefacts from World War 2, and a substantial collection of fire service equipment, uniforms and documents. We also hold a large and varied photographic display of fire appliances and local fire history.
Booking is essential as these events are very popular and can be made by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Tours can accomodate up to 25 people
Entry will be free for all.
Each session will last approximately 1½ - 2 hours.
When you make an enquiry please tell us your name, address and telephone number, how many people you would like to book for, and whether you have any special requirements regarding access.
