Working Hours:                 37 hours per week         

Salary:                                £33,136 to £36,153 pa (Plus Market supplement of £7,000 pa)

Essex County Fire and Rescue Property Services are looking for a key and important resource for their professional and high performing Property Services team.

Working on your own initiative in a busy and complex in house Property Service providing building survey duties to include stock condition surveys, defect and repair direction, minor and project works.  Performing the role in a busy 24 hour service requires a significant range of construction management capabilities including an eye for detail and a constant drive for improvement.  Delivery timescales can be tight and a thorough understanding of a risk based approach to delivery will help ensure your successes.  The ability to communicate effectively at all levels in and outside the organisation reflects the high level of commitment to continued improvement throughout the team.
