Home Safety Data Performance Officer
Salary: £29,909-£32,233 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week
The Home Safety Team exists to prevent fire and help people to live safe, well and secure in their own homes by providing Safe and Well Visits, completely free of charge. We know what we do makes a difference and are looking for someone who shares our passion for making Essex a safer place to live.

As the Home Safety Data and Performance Officer, you will be responsible for analysing and presenting key data and information relating to the Home Safety service, using our bespoke CRM system. This data will be used to support key decision making within Community Safety.
You will be inquisitive, keen to find and make available new insight and information to ensure ECFRS is able to continually review and improve its Home Safety offer.
Leading a small call-centre team based out of our office at South Woodham Ferrers, you will be an experienced supervisor or manager, open to change and passionate about team development.
You will be customer focused, and use this focus to drive team performance using target setting and development goals in a fast-paced working environment.
You will be able to review and improve existing working practices and processes, implementing change where required to build and maintain a high performing team.
