Level 3 First Aid at Work Requalification

This 2-day First Aid at Work course is designed for those who currently hold a First Aid at Work qualification and are due to expire. This course runs over 12 hours spread over at least 2 days. Ideally, the course should be run over two consecutive days, but we have the flexibility to accommodate your specific needs if you so desire providing it is completed within 6 weeks of starting the course and the training sessions last for a minimum of two hours.

Course accreditation
Successful qualification on this course is based on practical assessments conducted throughout the course and written test papers each day. A three-year Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (Level 6 in Scotland) will be Issued to the learner, subject to successful assessment. No external assessors are required.

• Fractures and spinal injuries
• Control of bleeding
• Assessment of the situation
• Shock (including Anaphylaxis)
• Head injuries
• Sprains and strains
• Burns
• Resuscitation
• Heart attacks
• Eye injuries
• Choking
• Chest injuries
• Diabetes
• Asthma
• Poisoning
• Stroke
• Epilepsy
• Bandaging


About your trainers
Many of our trainers have delivered training across the UK and overseas. All of our trainers complete development plans to ensure the highest standards are maintained as well as continuous quality assurance assessments. The relevant CVs can be provided prior to the delivery of training – if required. As standard, our first aid trainers have the following qualifications:
• Level 3: First Aid Instructor
• Level 3: First Aid Instructor requalification
• Level 2: Defibrillation Instructor
• Level 3: First Aid at Work
• Level 3: First Aid at Work requalification
• Level 2: Emergency First Aid at Work
• Level 3: Paediatric First Aid
• Level 3: Emergency Paediatric First Aid
• Level 2: CPR and AED
• Level 2: Basic Life Support and safe use of an AED
